I am a great promoter of the places I work at. I'm honest, thoughtful and trustworthy. If you treat me right, I will treat you right. No B/S, no politics, no popularity contest among employees, it's not high school - it's a business, that's run for profit.
Nobody wants to be taken advantage of, I don't like seeing it done to people and I don't like when it happens to me. If you (the owner) make money then I make money.
Positive outlook with the right kind of owner is wanted, one that has business and profit on the forefront of issues. I'd really like to work with an owner or manager that has OWNED a bar before. If you would like me to set-up a bar for you then let's talk and work out a simple agreement on paper, this protects me and you, it also makes sure each of us has a designated role in the build-out or remodel of your bar / business.
Past experience with owners that never owned a bar or worked in the biz before is not desired but I will share my expertise at an agreed upon price.
